Let’s face it: you’re meant to be a published author.
You have BIG ideas, INCREDIBLE stories, and a ton of value to share.
All you need to do is buckle down and actually WRITE them all, so you can flash forward to holding your finished book, complete with a title that reads:
By [insert your name here].
Cue the five-star reviews, influx of new clients and/or fans, and maybe even a movie deal.*
*Preferably directed by Wes Anderson or Greta Gerwig.
But getting from blank page to shaking hands at your book signing is no walk in the park.
Trust me, I know.
I’ve been an agented author, and I’ve helped over a hundred writers become authors, so I know ALL about the struggles of writing.
· The “but I have no time” problem.
· The “but I don’t feel inspired right now” problem.
· The “but I don’t know what to write” problem.
· And, the worst of them all, the “but what if it’s not good enough” problem.
There’s
The good news is
I’m here to help you with ALL of those problems (and then some).
Because writing a book doesn’t have to be hard.
Lucky for YOU, I’ve got tons of tricks to make it easy.
Just imagine that writer’s block is a vampire, and I’m like Buffy swooping in to help you SLAY that ‘ish.
Let’s plan your book in a day.
So you know you want to write a book. If it’s fiction, you’ve probably got the characters swimming around your head. If it’s non-fiction, you’re asking yourself how anyone structures all of their thoughts and ideas into a chapter outline.
You can SEE the finished product in your head, but the details? Not so much.
And you’re not someone who can get started without a roadmap of where you’re going.
They say that half the struggle of writing is knowing what you’re going to write!
So you need a map, a strategy, a plan.
You need an outline.
That’s exactly what One Sitting Outline is for.
Here’s how it works:
We jam on Zoom for 90 minutes about your book idea and hone in on the story (or stories) you want to tell, the ideas, and all of the moving parts.
Step 1:
We hammer out a general outline for your book, taking all of your brilliant ideas into consideration.
Step 2:
We break for 15 minutes so you can take a breather and implement some of the outline writing.
Step 3:
We get back on for another 90 minutes and get more detailed, diving into the chapter-by-chapter outline and what needs to happen in each to keep the book compelling and moving forward.
Step 4:
We finish by creating your plan of attack (a.k.a. your writing schedule) and put all of those dates into your calendar so you can get it done.
